What do you need done?
Roofing, home inspections and full remodels from a licensed Metro Detroit contractor with 25 years of hands-on experience. We explain everything, we price it once, and we finish what we start.
Three services. One standard.
Each line is run like a specialty, because you want someone who is a master of the work you need done, not a jack of all trades.
Roofing
Complete roof replacements with lifetime-warranty shingles and a 15-year workmanship warranty. We inspect the attic before we price, so the quote is the price.
Home Inspection
A licensed contractor reads the house as a system, not a checklist. Three packages, same-day report to you and your agent, online booking in minutes.
Construction & Renovation
Full basement, kitchen, bath, garage and addition remodels. We show you the work behind the walls before you spend a dollar.
A quote, not an estimate.
Plenty of companies win the job with a low number and "find problems" once the work starts. We don't work that way. Here is what you get instead.
We inspect before we price
Roof, attic, mechanicals, structure. We look at the real job first, so the price on the quote is the price on the invoice.
We explain the product, the process and the company
You'll understand exactly what you're getting and why, in plain language. There is no stupid question.
Warranties with teeth
A 15-year roofing workmanship warranty when most stop at 5 to 10, an 18-month return roof inspection, and a 90-day warranty option on inspections.
From first call to finished job.
